Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns
    1.1. Eligibility: Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    1.2. Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
    1.3. Non-returnable Items: If your item is worn, tags removed and not in the same condition when it was delivered, it will not be eligible for return.

  2. Refunds
    2.1. Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    2.2. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@common-pursuit.com.

  3. Exchanges
    The quickest way to receive your desired item is to initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

  4. Return Shipping
    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
